Brief Introduction
The Rapid Purification of mRNA from Total RNA kit is designed for rapid,
single-step purification of mRNA directly from total RNA based on
BcMag®mRNA Magnetic beads. The purification process takes about 15
minutes and generates high-quality mRNA that is ideal for applications including
RT-PCR, Quantitative PCR, cDNA synthesis and Northern blotting. Binding
Capacity: 160 μg mRNA/ml magnetic beads
